The EmpowHER Project CIC is a trauma-informed, women-led Community Interest Company supporting women affected by trauma, domestic abuse, addiction, homelessness, poor mental health and involvement with the criminal justice system. Through lived experience, compassion and evidence-informed support, we help women rebuild confidence, strengthen identity and create lasting change.

Why we Exist
The EmpowHER Project was created by women with lived experience who understand the realities of trauma, domestic abuse, addiction, homelessness and the criminal justice system.
We believe recovery is about far more than surviving. It's about rebuilding confidence, rediscovering identity and creating opportunities to thrive.
